This week I walked into one of the largest business expos in the country—The Business Show at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
With more than 9,000 people in attendance, it was an energy you could feel the moment you stepped through the doors.
There were booths everywhere. Google Cloud. IBM. Cisco. The “big names.”
But the most powerful moments didn’t happen on the main stages.
They happened in the quiet corners, during those unexpected conversations, and in the confidence it took just to show up.
And that’s what this blog is about:
Why showing up—to big events and small ones—can change your life.
Big Events: The Power of Exposure
arge expos and trade shows offer something you can’t find in everyday circles: expansion.
• Exposure to new ideas
• Confidence in your voice
• Unexpected collaborations
• Proof that your vision belongs on big stages
I showed up not to compete, but to connect.
To stand boldly as the founder of EWomen Fitness, a movement rooted in healing, empowerment, and sisterhood.

Small Events: The Power of Intimacy
Now let’s flip the lens.
Small events—the ones we are creating—hold a different kind of power.
It’s not about being seen by thousands.
It’s about being seen by yourself.
At a small gathering, you’re not a face in the crowd.
You’re a voice in the circle. A soul in reflection. A woman ready to rise.
This is the heartbeat of EWomen.
And it’s why we’re launching retreats, coffee meetups, and private workshops—so you can grow, cry, rest, and rise in a safe, loving space.

What I Learned This Week
Big rooms teach you how to shine.
Small rooms teach you how to be real.
We need both.
Your transformation won’t happen by watching from the sidelines.
It happens when you say, I belong here.
Whether it’s 9,000 strangers or 9 sisters—you must show up.

EWomen Fitness is not just a brand. It’s a movement. We’re building it in person. Online. All over the world. So when you see our next meetup, retreat, or digital event—know that it’s more than a date on the calendar. It’s your sacred return to power.
Are you ready to rise?
